Currently offline but want to send an email? No problem. The mobile app's Outbox feature is a temporary holding folder for outbound messages composed within the mobile app while you're offline. The folder holds your messages until your Internet connection is back then it will automatically send outbound messages. The Outbox folder is listed in the left Side Menu of the mobile app and is accessible by tapping on the folder's name.
Outbox to “Sent” Folder
After an outbound message is sent from the Outbox, it is then moved to the mobile app's "Sent" folder, which is also listed in the Navigation Drawer. You can access the "Sent" folder to see if a specific email or group of emails have been sent.
To view Outbound Messages:
1. Tap the SideMenu icon at the top of your navigation bar to open the Side Menu
2. View the Outbox folder to see the number of messages that will be sent when connectivity is restored.
3. Tap Outbox to view outbound messages that will be sent.
Note: Outbound messages in the Outbox folder may be viewed, but not edited.
