How do I delete emails permanently?

There are two ways to permanently delete messages:

Method 1:

1. In the Message list, tap the SideMenu icon  at the left of your Navigation Bar to bring up the side menu.
2. Tap the Trash folder with the Trash can icon to open it.
3. From the Trash folder, tap the Sender Avatar of the message(s) you want deleted to be selected .
4. Tap the Trash Can icon  at the top of the Navigation Bar, the message will be deleted permanently.

Method 2:

1. In the Message list, tap the SideMenu icon  at the left of your Navigation Bar to bring up the side menu.
2. Tap the Empty Link to delete the trash content permanently.
3. You will receive a notification asking to confirm the action.
4. Tap OK.
