A badge counter appears on your app icon to notify you when new email arrives. You don't have to do anything because the app features push notifications, which automatically sends notifications of new email via the Badge Counter.
If you are not seeing the Badge on your icon, you may need to delete the app from your phone and reinstall it again. Here's how:
- Tap and hold on the app icon.
- Tap the X at the corner of the app icon
- Tap home Key
- Begin re-installation process again.
- Check the app’s settings to ensure the Notifications option is enabled.
