Block Sender Notifications

Tired of getting notifications from particular email senders or domains?  The App’s Smart Notification feature allows you to eliminate the distractions by blocking notifications from email addresses and/or domains you no longer wish to receive.  Here’s how:

To disable a notification from a specific sender or domain: (iOS)

1. Tap the SideMenu icon   at the left of your navigation bar to open the Side Menu.
2. Tap the Gear icon   at the bottom of the Side Menu to bring up Settings.
3. Tap Mail.
4. Tap Notifications at the top of the screen.
5. Tap Customize per account Switch to display “Smart Notifications” option.
6. Tap Smart Notifications in the middle of the screen.
7. Tap the Smart Notifications switch to enable.  
8. Tap Specific Senders.
9. Tap the + sign below the Specific Senders toggle. Type the email address or domain that you wish to block.
10. Tap Done.
