Sync Files

Access all your important documents from your device or your WebMail. The Mobile App’s two-way sync feature ensures you always your files (photos) available wherever you go. To sync your photos:

1. Tap the SideMenu  icon at the top of your navigation bar to open the Side Menu.
2. Tap the Gear  icon at the bottom of the Side Menu to bring up Settings.
3. Tap Accounts.
4. Tap the email address of the account you wish to sync.
5. Tap Sync.
6. From within the sync page, enable the Files switch.
7. Tap Sync Now or wait for the Auto sync rules to go into effect to initiate the sync process.

Note: To ensure the sync feature functions correctly, be sure that the app has permission to access Photos.
