Download Attachment

Downloading attached photos, videos, PDFs and documents is easy. The app allows you to view and download files in multiple formats. Here's how:

From within the email, tap the image or file icon of the item you wish to download. A download status bar will appear. Once the download is complete, the file will automatically open.

Note: Downloaded images will be stored in your camera roll photo gallery.

To share the downloaded images, tap the Message Actions icon to open your sharing options.
Tap the app you wish to share with.

Note: Image attachments will be displayed as thumbnails. Other attachments will be listed with their file sizes and a Download box.
